Welcome to G Cam Ltd., founded in 1992 by Georgi Cam and Toni Cam.
Before establishing G Cam Ltd., Georgi worked in the construction industry for many years, acquiring experience in all aspects of construction, from land development to complete home building. Starting our own business was a natural step forward.
We started our company primarily framing homes for other builders. Over the years, we have worked with many builders and observed many construction methods and styles – some that work well in our Northwest climate and some that don’t. We are earning our reputation building homes in the quality of construction of our product. From the type of material we use, to the method of construction, we are committed to building a distinctly superior home.
Many prospective homeowners are not aware of the important components in the construction of a well-built home because they are not readily visible. These are areas that many builders try to cut corners, resulting in poor quality construction. Our homes are built by skilled sub-contractors, a teamwork approach committed to our mission of earning a reputation building homes. We offer a variety of house plans with many upgrade options designed to fit your lifestyle.
